The Clinton campaign is spinning and reeling after Hillary slips up on if she is for or against illegals having driver's licenses, last night at the Democratic presidential debate in Philly. I have a feeling this is going to become a huge issue, we can only hope. Video below is HRC advisor Mark Penn to Hillary Clinton bombared by reporters. They continue to blame Bush, but I don't think that will stick, actually last night Hillary used the Bush blame excuse 25 times.

Hillary Clinton Campaign Donations Questionable Again

The authors of Caucus of Corruption, a book about the ongoing corruption in the Democratic party, filed a complaint with the FEC concerning Hillary Clinton's questionable donations. The Clinton campaign has 15 days to respond.

With all these shady donations and investigations, it seems to disappear as quickly as it comes to light. Hopefully this time, it can no longer be ignored.

She flips and flops all over the place and then blames Pres. Bush. Just the sound of her voice, drives me up a wall along with her talking out both sides of her mouth. It should be a clue to voters when Democrats vote on each bill for illegals concerning some form of amnesty constantly. Does the recent bill the Dream Act ring a bell?

OH, goodness this may be what sinks the boat on the Democrats; illegal immigration. Many of us know already about the support for illegals given by the Dems, but now others know too and more will hear about it soon. Definitely read the post here and the comments.

Miami: Tues. in the Liberty City 7 Terrorists' Trial

On the path to jihad, yes they were, the Liberty City 7 on trial now in Miami. Dangerous and willing to kill many in the name of Allah, thank goodness for our law enforcement for thwarting their deadly plans.

A group of young minority men dubbed the Liberty City 7 were at the most advanced stage of becoming Islamic terrorists on the path to jihad, a government witness testified in their federal trial Tuesday.

Raymond Tanter, a longtime terrorism expert who teaches at Georgetown University, cited a recent New York City Police report on the 'radicalization process' to categorize the seven defendants' mindset.

They each face up to 70 years in prison on charges of conspiring to support al Qaeda to blow up federal buildings in five cities, including Miami, and Chicago's Sears Tower in an alleged insurrection against the United States.

The report, released in August, identifies four stages to Islamic radicalization: pre-radicalization, self-identification, indoctrination, and jihadization.

Tanter placed each member of the Liberty City 7 in the final stage as a prosecutor inquired about each one's status -- starting with the group's alleged ringleader, Narseal Batiste.

''Mr. Batiste falls into the jihadization, or fourth, stage of the radicalization process,'' he told prosecutor Allyson Fritz, before repeating the same response for the six others.

Then he added: ``The defendants have organized themselves as if they are a military organization, with a definite hierarchy and leadership.''

It is a scary thought of more of these terrorists plotting and you know they are, just waiting on the right opportunity. Another thought to be frightened by is if a Democrat is elected President. This trial should be reminder for needing leadership in our country that is tough on terror.

Tanter's testimony sparked calls for a mistrial by the defense when he ventured beyond explaining the radicalization process and offered his opinion about Batiste's intentions. In doing so, the professor explained there are two definitions of jihad: ''introspection'' (making the world a better place) and ''violent'' jihad (expanding Islamic extremism globally).

''I strongly believe that he was talking about violent jihad, not introspection,'' said Tanter, referring to Batiste's recorded statements.

U.S. District Judge Joan Lenard denied a motion for severance and mistrial made by defense attorney Albert Levin, who represents Patrick Abraham.

On Wednesday, defense attorneys will cross examine Tanter.

Pelosi Pimping S-Chip in Miami

On Monday, House Speaker, Nancy Pelosi was in Miami trying to drum up support for S-Chip.

U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi visited a Liberty City healthcare center Monday to meet with doctors and other medical professionals who support Congress' effort to pass a $35 billion spending increase for children's health insurance.
But at least three people she and fellow South Florida Democratic Reps. Kendrick Meek and Debbie Wasserman Schultz hoped to reach were not in the audience -- the Miami-Dade Republican House members who backed President Bush's veto of the bill.

Last Thursday, I watched and listened to our representatives all day long, and the more I listened the more disgusted I got as the Dems stated their views. This bill is worse than the one that was vetoed by President Bush. In addition, the Dems were really sneaky with bringing it up while Republicans were back home in CA helping fire victims in their state.

''I've tried to talk to them as a mom,'' Wasserman Schultz, D-Weston, said about the local Republicans who voted against the latest version of the SCHIP legislation. ``We're trying to win them over.''

The visit coincides with a Democratic radio campaign criticizing Reps. Ileana Ros-Lehtinen, Lincoln Díaz-Balart and Mario Díaz-Balart for siding with Bush.

The three have said they agree with the concept of SCHIP, but have criticized the proposed $60 billion expansion, saying it would hurt tobacco producers, exclude the children of legal immigrants, and fail to prioritize coverage to children who need it most.

Mario Díaz-Balart, in a prepared statement, criticized what he called a 5,900-percent tax increase ``that will devastate one of Florida's most iconic industries.''

But he added, ``We strongly support the SCHIP program and ensuring that low-income children get the health care they need, but this is not SCHIP.''

The funding for the program expansion wouldn't come from general tax revenues, but from steep tax increases on tobacco products, including a 61-cent-per-pack increase for cigarettes and a tax on cigars.

The Dems refuse to work with the Republicans, they made a few little changes in secret, behind closed doors, and with only an hour notice, they tried bullying votes. Their behavior and timing stinks!! So watch latter this week for another battle on Capital Hill along with another hopeful veto. Pelosi ought to be working trying to do the right thing for a change, but no, both Pelosi and Reid are going to keep wasting time and tax payers money. They are a disgrace to our country.

"Hillary's House of Horrors" Says Rommey Should Scare Voters

Mitt Rommey in Fort Myers, FL this Halloween weekend gave reasons to Florida voters to be scared of "Hillary's House of Horrors."

"You go in one room, she wants to raise your taxes. You go in another room and she wants to have government taking over health care," Romney said Saturday to laughter and applause. Starting last night at Havard University, the scathing documentary of "Hillary Uncensored" played for audiences and will continue throughout the weekend and wrap on Tuesday in New York at the Metropolitan Club. Fox News website received comments from both the Clinton campaign and Douglas Cogan, producer and researcher for the film.

More and more questions about Presidential hopeful Democrat Hillary Clinton about her campaign finances and fund raising questionable practices. Wow, this women needs to be behind bars you would think, but instead the majority of the liberal media ignores these allegations and no one seems to be making a fuss about all the looming shady campaign deals that have trickled in the news from week to week. Are we expected to forget about Norman Hu, then Chinese dishwashers, and others on the list of mysterious contributors that seem endless? Obviously so, nonetheless, I truly do not believe American citizens are all so absent minded as the media must think.

Personally, I hope this story continues to get traction. Unfortunately in a situation where the MSM endorces Hillary and Democratic party heavily, chances are this will be another story swept under the rug, with no or very little air or print coverage as with the others. The Clinton Machine of Cover-ups seem to intimidate the rest, so there you have it.

Context Behind Mrs Bush and The Head Scarf

If I had not been reading daily Greta's Blog at Gretawire, I would probably be critical myself of our First Lady, Mrs. Laura Bush wearing a head scarf. (it was not worn in public) A picture was taken in a private home, after it being presented to her as a gift from women suffering from breast cancer. To my knowledge, that was the only time the scarf was worn.


It certainly was an issue and different when Nancy Pelosi wore a head scarf in Syria, not one of our allies on the war on terror, that is for sure and it was in public. By being informed on a day to day basis through the blog, Mrs. Bush has been on a non-stop tour since leaving Washington i.e. educating women on Breast Cancer, speaking at numerous engagements involving women, visiting sick children with cancer, overseeing new Breast Cancer centers, and raising the spirits of our troops in Kuwait.

Out of all the photos, even in Saudi Arabia, Jordon, Kuwait, UAE, she is not pictured with the head scarf except at a private home of cancer survivors. Pictured here and below an excerpt from Greta's blog.

Today Mrs. Bush met with some women in Jeddah who are cancer survivors. They loved her! You could tell the women thought she was easy to speak to since they immediately opened up to her about their personal troubles and triumphs. They said many things to her — one comment one woman made was that Mrs. Bush is humble (a comment that was a complement in case any doubt.) At the end of the meeting they presented her with a gift…a headscarf..and I caught it on camera:

I can't think of the last time I enjoyed so much reading and keeping up with Greta Van Susteren as she traveled for Fox News with others including Robin Roberts from ABC's Good Morning America, breast cancer patient herself, and others as they accompanied Mrs. Bush to all these Middle Eastern countries.

Mrs. Bush is a class act, totally genuine, and I truly believe she cares about Breast Cancer and helping women and children that are suffering with cancer and are survivors. According to Greta, Mrs. Bush never slowed down to whole trip. And it is obvious by the photos, she is not wearing a head scarf while meeting diplomats.

It definitely has been enjoyable reading about Greta's travels with the First Lady, her staff, Secret Service, State Dept. and others on Air Force plane, 757 government plane that left from Andrews Air Force base.

Women in Saudi Arabia have difficulties when confronted with such a disease or being examined. They are not allowed to drive there and they have to get permission from their husbands for treatment. In some cases, it is tricky because there are men that are doctors. When it comes to getting chemo, they are met with so many challenges and overall most are forbidden.

In Kuwait - A Scholarship Program

The scholarship program is for 14 to 18 year old students in significant Muslim populated countries..and the scholarship is to give students opportunity to study English and get an appreciation of democratic government etc. Since it started in 04 more than 32 thousand have been enrolled in the program

Kuwait women watched a documentary with the First Lady about women seeking a voice in government. In 2005, women got the right to vote.

YANK that YouTube Video says Edwards to Student

The whiny John Edward's campaign DEMANDED that this video below be yanked from the YouTube website. Dare not show the hypocrisy of Democratic presidential hopeful, John Edwards!!

After a UNC-Chapel Hill student journalist posted the video, there has been threats of cutting off access to Edwards for UNC student reporters. Obviously, they are having a hissy fit over this video. No one is suppose to give a fair and balance report, it may give ones pause to think for themselves.

John Edwards should be happy that someone (some students) want to cover his campaign even if his headquarters location is in conflict with the theme standing up for the poor. Remember the Two Americas!! He hasn't a prayer for the presidency. This man is delusional, not only does he think he is more electable than any other Democrat, he honestly thinks he can win the presidency outright. I can't help but laugh writing this, this guy is such a phony, someone needs to give him the memo, for real.

Cops Cleared in case of "Don't Tase Me, Bro"

The Miami Herald reports today that the cops are cleared in the infamous incident held in Gainesville, FL on Sept. 17 at a John Kerry forum.

The Florida Department of Law Enforcement has released a 300-page report on the infamous zapping of University of Florida senior Andrew Meyer, whose rowdy actions, catch-phrase and police Tasering during a John Kerry town hall forum made international headlines.
''Don't Tase me, Bro,'' Meyer, 21, squealed after police put the screaming, combative student down on the ground and relaxed him with 50,000 volts from a Taser.

New Tape from Osama Bin Laden, Al-Jazeera Reports

Aljazeera is reporting that Osama Bin Laden Calls on Iraq fighters to unite in his new audio tape.
Breitbart:

CAIRO, Egypt (AP) - Al-Qaida leader Osama bin Laden called for insurgents in Iraq to unite and avoid divisions in a new audiotape aired Monday on Al-Jazeera television.
"Some of you have been lax in one duty, which is to unite your ranks," bin Laden said in the audiotape. "Beware of division ... The Muslim world is waiting for you to gather under one banner."
The authenticity of the tape could not be immediately confirmed, but the voice resembled that of bin Laden in previous messages. Al-Jazeera did not say how it obtained the tape.

Hillary's Pre-B'day Party in CA while Bill Secretly Fundraising in FL

From the west coast to the east coast, on Sunday night Bill and Hillary Clinton are miles apart as they raise more dollars. Hillary celebrates her upcoming 60th Birthday, hosted by Rob Reiner in CA while Bill sneaks quietly into Florida through a loophole for campaigning with no media allowed.

ABC News' Eloise Harper reports: Rob Reiner sang a rousing rendition of "Happy Birthday, Mrs. President" in honor of Senator Hillary Clinton at his Brentwood, California, home on Sunday evening.
Celebrities came to see to see Clinton, D-N.Y., and to celebrate in advance of the former first layd's 60th birthday. Although they didn't bring gifts, celebrities from Jamie Lee Curtis, Magic Johnson, Ted Danson, Bridget Moynihan and Chelsea Handler raised a half a million dollars for the Clinton campaign and enjoyed cocktails and hors deouvres in return.

The local Miami ABC network broadcasted live outside the James L. Knight Center reporting on Bill Clinton raising money despite the DNC pledging not to campaign in FL. All at once, it is NOW a big secret with no mention of it on their website, only the Miami Herald made it a breaking news story. Guessing it is hush, hush!!

Playing nice doesn't sound synonymous with Senator Hillary Clinton but according to the NYT that is exactly what she is attempting to do with Matt Drudge.

Mrs. Clinton’s aides declined to discuss how the Drudge Report got access to her latest fund-raising figures nearly 20 minutes before the official announcement went to supporters. But it was a prime example of a development that has surprised much of the political world: Mrs. Clinton is learning to play nice with the Drudge Report and the powerful, elusive and conservative-leaning man behind it.

Among the millions that view The Drudge Report daily, it is a must read site for all the latest breaking news and important links for top stories.

What sets Drudge apart as much as anything is its ability to attract well-placed leaks and traffic in the freshest and rawest material — though sometimes including what some have considered smears.

Yes, this is concerning for any political candidate, both Democrats and Republicans. Strategists summarizes Mr. Drudge as being "unpredictable" and "nothing is automatic", even a mention of perhaps it taking "special courting to build a real relationship with him.

Media Shut-out while Clinton Speaks Behind Closed Doors in Florida

While Republicans are debating openly in Orlando, Bill Clinton quietly slides into Miami, Florida to campaign and raise money for his wife, Hillary. Conveniently, a loop-hole exist in the pledge taken by Democrats not to campaign here. You can't trust anything they say or do. Too many $$$'s in Florida to stay away, not to mention votes.

The ex-president's appearance fell into a loophole in a pledge that Hillary Clinton and other Democratic candidates made to the four states authorized to hold the earliest primaries and caucuses. The candidates agreed not to campaign in Florida or Michigan -- which bucked national party rules by moving up their primary elections -- except to raise money.

This shows their potential voters, Democrats do not mean what they say and can't be believed. How stupid do they think Floridians are? Which is it? - No Democrat candidates campaigning here or loopholes of a pledge they created, makes it acceptable? What was the point? Actually, I was looking forward to the Liberals being silenced here and us being spared the hypocrisy rhetoric. Well the media did not seem pleased tonight when they were barred from entering James L. Knight Center.

U.S. Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, a Weston Democrat, introduced Clinton and sat in a chair on stage during his remarks.
Clinton thanked her for her leadership during Congress' recent debates on immigration reform. ''All these people hyperventilating like the world is coming to an end,'' he quipped about the heated immigration deliberations.
Although Clinton's speech was technically a fundraiser for Hillary Clinton's campaign, the event was billed as a low-cost opportunity to see the former president.

The Miami Herald reporter had to buy an admission ticket, a $50 donation to Hillary' campaign to get inside.
A sneaky maneuver that mostly likely will be repeated, regularly. I doubt if this will make national news. At the Miami Herald online it was listed as breaking news, but mysteriously after watching the report on our local ABC network, there was no mention of it on their website, (it may appear later) after the live coverage outside with the reporter. She did show a photo that was taken from someone's cellphone that had been inside.

WOW!!! Already over two million and climbing! Within a couple hours, the country will know the highest bid for the Democrats' Smear Letter to Rush Limbaugh posted on E-Bay for a week long astonishing record breaking success on charity bids in the history of E-Bay. Great news for support of the military, but at the same time it exposes the despicable Liberals in our country's Congress. Ew, you have to know that the 41 Senators that signed the smear letter to an outstanding citizen, that they must be mortified and humiliated. Ooops, I doubt it, they have no shame. Whatta saying now Dingy Harry Reid, leader of the disgraceful pack? We want a statement!!

We can only hope that this sends a huge message to ones that are suppose to represent our country, that their behavior will return to bite them in the butt and stunts like this will backfire. For people that have no knowledge, they will now know the position of Democrat leaders on supporting our troops, this should send a huge message. And for the rest of us that know about these "Phony Leaders" in Congress, it is just icing on the cake.

In Rep. Stark's (D-CA) Own Disgusting Words

Offensive beyond Words!! Outragous......DEMOCRAT Rep. Pete Stark from California. Unbelievable that such words can come from a U.S. Representative. Obviously this has been building up and Stark blurred it out with venom.

Is this not worst than what Liberals said (lied) about Rush Limbaugh in reference to our military? But surely, ole D-ingy Harry Reid (D-NV) will not jump up and down on the Senate floor for another letter to condemn. Don't hold your breathe for any action to be taken.

Will the Democrats on the Hill get the votes needed to override President Bush's veto? They sure have pulled every dirty trick in the book, parading poor children out to speak for adults as well as trying to confuse and mislead ones unaware. As confusing as this may be for many Americans, it really is quite simple. Regardless of how it turns out, both of these families have been and will be covered under the existing S-CHIP program. The Dems have portrayed this as Republicans not wanting to provide health care for sick children and that is a lie. The Democrats wants a $35 Billion expansion to the existing program, and that is with a "B" in Billions.

In my opinion, this program should be for poor children, not adults or middle class families, especially ones that have assets of great value. The tricky part to the truth of the matter is, Liberals want socialized medicine and this is a way of getting a toe hold that will lead to strong holds for the future. When the federal proverty level is set and they start adding 300 to 400 percentage wages above, people will drop their private insurance for the government ran programs. Don't forget about illegals aliens either, no one seems to be talking about that factor too.

The margin of votes are slim, but the impact is broad.

Does the American people truly want HillaryCare? I don't think so!! Last week, USA Today/Gallup Poll conducted a poll, and the majority of citizens favored President Bush's position and stated that government aid should remain for low-income families.

I have been reading and keeping up with this for a couple weeks now. Spending time reading right wing blogs, and yes, the crazy far left ones too, newspapers, MSM coverage along with listening everyday to Rush Limbaugh. Oh, yeah, I even watch those nuts on C-Span. My son says it is like watching paint dry. After wanting to scream out loud, it is usually time to switch over to news programs for awhile and go back to my reading. It will be interesting to watch tomorrow....Actually I hope that phony grin is wiped off Pelosi's and Reid's face and a huge message is sent to Hillary...about government ran health care. Watch for Mike Moore to speak if the Libs are able to perform magic tomorrow.

Senator Hillary Clinton May Be Deposed

As reported earlier this week, a video tape "Hillary Exposed" of Senator Hillary Clinton, Liberial Democrat Presidential candidate, escaped a fraud lawsuit filed by Hollywood mogul Peter Paul but could be a material witness.

(CNSNews.com) - A California court ruled Tuesday that Hillary Clinton will not be a defendant in a fraud lawsuit brought by Hollywood mogul Peter Paul, who claimed the Clintons destroyed his business after he raised millions for her first Senate campaign in 2000. But she could still be a material witness and be required to testify about what she knew concerning alleged illegal campaign fundraising.

The California Court of Appeals (Second Appellate District) upheld a California Superior Court ruling that the New York senator and leading Democratic candidate for president could avoid the lawsuit because of a state law that protects public figures from frivolous lawsuits.

However, Paul's lawsuit is still in play against the senator's husband, former President Bill Clinton, the Clintons' business associate Jim Levin, and Hollywood producer Gary Smith, who were all involved in a Hollywood fundraiser, orchestrated by Paul, for Sen. Clinton's first Senate run in 2000.

Though the Federal Election Commission (FEC) found wrongdoing and Sen. Clinton's campaign finance chair David Rosen was indicted and later acquitted on charges related to the Paul event, no official investigative agency determined the New York senator had direct knowledge of the wrongdoing.

In April, Paul obtained a videotape that showed the former first lady helping to plan the event, which Paul said would constitute an illegal in-kind contribution. Cybercast News Service first reported the existence of the tape in April.

The problem, the appeals court determined, is that Paul's legal case, which rests largely on allegations of wrongdoing in raising campaign funds, is "wholly unrelated to the conduct underlying Paul's claims - the president's alleged false promise and Sen. Clinton's purported encouragement made to mislead him into underwriting the Hollywood tribute," the ruling stated. read more

"Baby Jessica" Twenty Yrs Later now a MOM

Most of us remember "Baby Jessica", right? The little 18-month old girl trapped in a backyard well and rescued while the whole world watched. It was 1987, and it took 2 and half days.

Now Jessica McClure is a young wife and mother and in three years, she will receive 1 million dollars from a fund that was set up by donations that will mature. It will be when she turns 25 that she can receive the trust fund. As Tuesday past, it was like every other year, not a public word or comment by Jessica.

ACLU Targets FL Governor Charlie Crist Over Displayed Mezuzah

After displaying a gift, a mezuzah given to Florida Governor Charle Crist, he was met with conflict from the ACLU and they are not too happy. The mezuzah was a gift from state Rep. Adam Hasner, R-Delray Beach. Governor Crist defended his decision to place it on his capital office door.

According to Jewish custom, it is believed every mezuzah that is displayed adds to the divine protection of the people of the house.

Crist's decision to put the mezuzah in his office, that he often describes as "the people's house" has drawn criticism from civil liberties groups.

The mezuzah contains the text of two prayers the Shema and Veahavta written on a parchment scroll and attached to the threshold of a room, building or home as a blessing. The word is Hebrew for "doorpost."

When asked about a conflict between church and state Tuesday, Crist defended his decision to have the mezuzah displayed at his office.

"Why not?" he responded. "I think it's appropriate to respect all others and I think it's important to realize that we have a very diverse and magnificent state.

Larry Spalding, the legislative lobbyist for the American Civil Liberties Union of Florida, disagreed.

State Senator Ronda Storms, R-Brandon backed Gov. Crist and later said Tuesday....."The constitution provides freedom of religion not freedom from religion."
