Cindy Sheehan's Plan for Handcuffs Worked

You knew it was coming, yes Cindy Sheehan got her cameras and the police last night. She threw such fit with her outburst and disruptions that it lead to her being detained with handcuffs. (ARRESTED) There are rules for ones invited to our U.S. Capital for the State of the Union Address. It seems San Francisco Rep. Lynn Woolsey, D-Calif., had invited Sheehan to the address as her guest. (Shame on Woolsey) Cindy had ever chance given to her to stay but she refused to comply with the rules. She wore a jacket with an anti-war T-shirt underneath. The authorities ask her to put her jacket back on and she could stay, but of course as we all know, that was not her choice or plan. Her media hungry self wanted to get the attention that she ended up getting. Great job Cindy, now you really look like a LUNATIC. Should I be so kind with my words?

“Capitol Police Sgt. Kimberly Schneider told the Associated Press that Sheehan kept the anti-war slogan covered until she took her seat. When they noticed her politically charged attire, police warned Sheehan that such displays were not allowed.
The celebrated anti-war protester ignored the warnings, police said.
Police handcuffed Sheehan and escorted her from the gallery about 15 minutes before the president arrived.” Full Story

Sheehan, 48, was the first taken into custody. She was taken to a police vehicle while protesters chanted, "The whole world is watching."

Rep. Lynn Woolsey, D-Calif., had invited Sheehan to the address as her guest. "I'm proud that Cindy's my guest tonight," Woolsey said before the speech. "She has made a difference in the debate to bring our troops home from Iraq."

Oh P.S. Wooley’s spokesman told reporters that protesting Peace Mom had promised to remain respectful and not cause any disruptions while the president spoke. We know how she loves causing problems and getting attention from the media. Perhaps she needs to team up with Michael Moore and get her own production crew going on with lying propaganda.
