News of Fidel Castro People are Celebrating in the Streets

Our local Miami News is airing the thousands that are celebrating in the streets, the crowds are larger now than when the Miami Heat won the championship recently. Nothing but happiness, dancing, joyful emotional statements with tears; the sounds are deafening of the parties. The Cuban-Americans of this area, see this as a new beginning from the breaking news of Cuban's dictator Fidel Castro signing away his power to his brother, Raul Castro, 75 yrs old. Castro has always claimed that he would never do that until his death. Breaking News - Castro is still alive but the situation is changing by the moment and this is not confirmed. The celebration is about Cuba being weakened and at this time Fidel Castro is no longer in power. That is why they are saying this is a beginning of a New Day after 47 years.

(CBS4 News) HAVANA In an unprecedented announcement, the Cuban government announced Monday night that Fidel Castro was temporarily giving up power to his brother and Vice President Raul, due to surgery for an illness he developed while traveling to Argentina. This is the first time Castro has turned over power to anyone since taking control of Cuba in 1959.
CBS News sources in Havana have confirmed that Castro is still alive. There is no official confirmation.
The announcement was made at 9:15 Monday night on Cuban Television, monitored in Miami. A spokesperson for the Cuban government made the announcement, which came in the middle of a newscast. There was little advance notice of the special announcement.
The announcement ended with a screen showing Castro’s signature, making the order official. Little information was given about the details of Castro’s illness.
The statement, read by Carlos Balanciaga, said Castro requires several weeks of rest.
Balanciaga also announced that Castro was turning over his functions in the area of health care and education and as head of the national energy program to other Communist party and government figures.
The announcement said that the operation was filmed and that all the medical records including endoscopy, x-rays, and others exist but did not specify if they would be released.
Balanciaga said the Communist Party has to stand firm to defend the revolution threatened by Washington.
Balanciaga said Castro would be out of public life for two months, during which time Raul Castro, designated as his brother’s successor, would have complete control of the country.The announcement was met with shock and surprise in Miami, home of the largest Cuban exile population in the world. Joe Garcia, a director of the Cuban American National Foundation, said he believed the Cuban government is not revealing all it knows about Castro’s illness.

Our news anchors spoke positively about how ironic that our President today, here in Miami, had met and discussed with Cuban Americans with encouragement earlier in the day, in public and in private in regards to Cuba.

News Briefings are starting and many politicians are also rejoicing with our large Cuban communities. Even with all the good news about Fidel Castro, reports are that of course this is good news, but recently Cuba has become stronger with support from Venezuela's Hugo Chevaz, China, and Iran. Raul Castro has been known to be ruthless and head over the military in Cuba, but most Cubans feel he does not have what it takes.

This story is still developing.......All reports are saying that these parties in the streets may go on all night. The Mayors are having live news conferences and are allowing the demonstrations but asking please in an orderly fashion. So far all that are being shown is peaceful. The news is reporting that this may go through the night in the streets...next announcements will be made at 7 a.m. and Live News will return at 4 a.m. Level 2 Alert...Officials suggest to find empty lots, parks, sidewalks, etc. please keep the streets clear for emergencies.

Fox Miami-Ft Lauderdale WSVN: Cubans in Miami wait anxiously to hear Castro's condition

MIAMI (AP) -- Cubans exiles took to the streets in anticipation Monday night after news spread that Cuban President Fidel Castro temporarily relinquished power to his brother Raul and underwent surgery for abdominal bleeding.
People waved Cuban flags on Little Havana's Calle Ocho and in nearby Hialeah, shouting "Cuba, Cuba, Cuba," hoping that the end was near for the man most of them consider to be a ruthless dictator.

FREEDOM IS AWESOME!!!! I feel blessed to have been born in America. Many of these people were born here but some escaped the dictatorship of Castro on rafts to come to America. My feelings about people that live oppressed by evil dictators are different than about illegals that do not live in a country like Cuba or the way Iraq was.

Our President in Miami

Yesterday President Bush flew to Miami and was greeted at the airport by his brother, our Florida Governor, Jeb Bush along with other politicians. Last night he startled beachgoers with his motorcade when President Bush dined at the restaurant, Joe’s Stone Crab, on the beach founded in 1913; nearly every President except President Carter has visited since this landmark restaurant opened. President Bush later spent the night at the Four Seasons Hotel, and the surrounding area was on lockdown for obvious security purposes.

This morning, bright and early, President Bush had a schedule breakfast meeting, in a few minutes President Bush will speak at the Port of Miami.

Iranian owned Hezbollah and Their Tactics

On a Sunday morning, when you want to publish something that is positive and that may make you smile, you wake up to a pivotal change in global feelings turning away from Israel and their right to defend themselves in much of the world and ones sympathizing with TERRORISTS. Lebanon’s government, Hezbollah and the region know the conditions to have a cease fire, it is simple and has been stated from the beginning without being wavered; return the kidnapped soldiers, lay down your arms, and enforce 1559. Instead the Terrorists would rather allow innocent civilians die.

The way I see it, Hezbollah’s plan for using poor innocent civilians, possibly Hezbollah families, as human shields while they launch never-ending rockets into Israel, knowing that in retaliation Israel would return fire, air strikes upon them; obviously, they knew this would stir the pot and cause global outrage. Hezbollah knew, believed to be craftily planned by using this target knowing good and well, that by these sad deaths of women and (some handicapped children) children (roughly 60+ deaths) it would be aired throughout the Arab World for sympathy and support for the terrorist group that they are, placing all the blame on Israel. (How evil Hezbollah is for using such tactics for human shields) Hezbollah keeps promoting they are victorious but at the same time claiming to be victims. It is strange that no young men, soldier age, were found in the rumble of the dead. Think about it! As I write this, a loop of footage of these gruesome deaths of children are being aired, over and over again, for all of that side of the world to see from Al-Jazeera to all the other Islam/Arab stations.

I must note, that this is a common tactic of Hezbollah to go into neighborhoods and fire rockets behind civilians purposely and then move from that location immediately. It is strange that Hezbollah did not report these casualties until almost 7 hours after it supposedly occurred. It is obvious it is horrific to see dead women and children, but they were targeted by the ruthless Hezbollah that does not care about human life or killing themselves as suicide bombers, this set-up was for promoting their cause. Aside from using women and children, woman in these countries are usually looked up as cattle anyway, how sad is that? There are questions now, if Hezbollah did not place those people in that area on purpose and staged this knowing that IDF would fire back at the location where Hezbollah was launching rockets.

Tell me that Hezbollah is not recruiting more hate filled radical Islamics for wanting to kill us all, Jews and Americans, this is working as Iranian owed Hezbollah guerillas’ desires become reality as each day goes by. This morning on Meet the Press, the U.N. Israeli Amb Gillerman stated that Israel has video tape of rockets being launched from the site, that was bombed this morning in Qana, Lebanon. Moments ago, the video tape was shown on Fox News, but Israel is still confirming that this was the exact location of where the rockets were fired from the apartment building in Qana, where the human shields were killed. The video tape is remarkably evident, that it truly appears the hostile rockets that were launched by Hezbollah (to kill Israelis) were behind a building that looks identical to the one bombed. But, do you really believe that if this tape proves to be true, that it will be aired on the bias television stations supporting Hezbollah?

The meeting for Secy of State, Condi Rice was abruptly cancelled to Lebanon this morning or as some report out of Lebanon, she was uninvited. Now, Rice plans to leave the Mideast, cutting her trip short and meanwhile the U.N. calls an immediate meeting this Sunday morning at 11 a.m., hopefully U.S. Amb John Bolton will blast them with a reminder of who started this; what a frustrating job he has to have to deal with corrupt members of the United Nations. Obviously, the world knows that the U.N. is a waste of time, what other international force will take their place eventually? An organization that can half way be trusted, does any such group exist? Kofi Annan is still voicing his rhetoric.

I am so sick of hearing the word “Resolutions” what good are they when hundreds are never enforced? Paper is all I see with no meaning or intentions, why would rogue nations worry about resolutions against them? How many were against Sadam, fourteen? Iran spews out this morning, they have no intentions on honoring any, the same as N.Korea rejected the last one against them recently. They must say - So what? What are you going to do about it, absolutely NOTHING!!

We have to remember Hezbollah has killed our soldiers in the past and they have been building up for this for years. With over 150 million a year in support from Iran to Hezbollah and Syria allowing themselves to be the bridge between the two and don’t forget the weapons being supplied to them. This was a long patient plan from the start and precise timing around Iran having another diversion from nuclear enrichment, they crossed over the border of Israel, kidnap two soldiers and killing several (8) others. Don’t think for a moment that this has not been in the works for many years to spark a Holy War to gather support against Israel and the U.S. Just imagine if Cuba or in Mexico, a terrorist group(s) crossed our borders and took one of us captive. It is not far-fetched or unimaginable, it could very well be in the planning for the near future with many countries, South America included, lining up with Iran.

A mob of demonstrators, in the thousands, stormed the U.N. building in Beirut, going ballistic with hate and outrage. Watch the footage! Of course, if you are taught from being a child to hate, growing up with a mindset to fight and kill infidels while worshiping a fake God, Allah, what else do you know? The lifelong goal/mission is to kill and to eliminate the Jewish people, take over Israel, occupy Jerusalem as well as killing all infidels…that is us folks. Just remember these people have been brainwashed from birth with a deep-rooted hatred towards the Israel and the U.S.

Israel never targets civilians, actually the IDF have dropped leaflets repeatedly warning these Hezbollah strong hold areas in south Lebanon to Get Out. What other country would be so sensitive to offer such warning? Israel has one of the most mightiest military forces in the world, but they are only using a fraction of it in a very cautious way to keep the Lebanon civilian deaths to a minimum, even though Israel is living in terror with wailing air raid sirens going off constantly with rockets from Hezbollah being aimed at the Israeli people. God Be with them, as I know HE is.

Assorted Saturday and Open Trackback Day

I hope everyone is staying cool during these extremely hot days of summer. It seems here in the Miami area, we have temps that are lower than many of you throughout the country. Weird huh? So far this morning it is sprinkling with light rain, but the sun pops out after these little showers all the time. Inside the house though, we are use to running the A/C year round...so it is somewhat difficult to feel a difference as many of you are experiencing.

Afoula, Israel Rockets hit South of Haifa

It is not yet confirmed, but Hezbollah may have used 5 rockets or missiles with a range of approx. 50 miles hitting Afoula, Israel.

JERUSALEM — Israeli warplanes carried out a series of bombing raids overnight Friday, hitting dozens of targets in Lebanon, including a Hezbollah base where long-range rockets were stored and several communication facilities, the military said.

Hezbollah's Al-Manar television reported Friday that guerrillas fired a new rocket, called Khaibar-1, striking near the Israeli town of Afoula, south of Haifa. Israeli authorities reported that five rockets hit fields outside Afula, 30 miles from the border, but no casualties were reported.

Isn’t Stalking Against the Law?

As we, all know Moonbat Cindy Sheehan is obsessed with President Bush and television cameras. Now she wants to live next to someone she calls a terrorist! I thought there were laws in place against stalking even though we have watched her follow our President to Vienna, and other places he has traveled to. Now she is buying property in his home area of Crawford, TX.? Yep, the peace momma is using her son’s insurance money to buy 5 acres.

When I read this yesterday, all I could do was shake my head and think this nut needs to be facilitated immediately for psychiatric care. As I wrote on June 21st , I am out of disgusting words to describe this desperate sick woman. She loves television cameras number one, holding banners/signs that say President Bush is “World’s #1 Terrorist” along with “Islam is not the enemy”. I am going to reiterate here and say it is time for the straight-jacket, you think? Why in the world would she want to have a place in Crawford, Texas? Since she has kissed up to Venezuela’s Hugo Chavez and other enemies of the U.S. perhaps, there are plans in the making, that we haven’t heard yet.

Her anti-war gathering in Crawford is scheduled for Aug. 16 through Sept. 2. But Bush is scheduled to be at his ranch mainly during the first two weeks of August.

A Huge VICTORY for the Children-The Child Safety Act

In Washington, D.C. today, President Bush signed a long awaited bill to be a new law, in the rose garden. The Adam Walsh Child Protection and Safety Act of 2006.

WASHINGTON — President Bush, joined by "America's Most Wanted" host John Walsh, signed a new law Thursday that requires convicted child molesters to be listed on a national Internet database and face a felony charge for failing to update their whereabouts.
"Our nation grieves with every family that's suffered the unbearable pain of a child whose been abducted or abused," Bush said in a bill-signing ceremony in the Rose Garden. "This law takes an important step forward in this country's efforts to protect those who cannot protect themselves."

As I watched the ceremony today, tears of happiness rolled down my cheeks. There are several of us bloggers that joined in on this fight the last year....and it has been a long road, but nothing compared to the victims' families and friends. This day is a day to rejoice, because from now on with these extremely tough, stern laws, these creeps will hopefully think twice before committing crimes against children.

Twenty-five years to the day, John Walsh and his wife had their precious son, Adam taken from them by abduction then thereafter murdered. There are two ways to look at this victory for how long it took to get this bill signed into law. Twenty-five years the Walshs' have been fighting for tougher laws or two years that it has taken to pass the Senate. So many people have supported this bill from both aisles, with some strong arm twisting of Senator Ted Kennedy finally.....I mean finally it was passed and SIGNED into LAW. (tons of information on this in my archives) This past year, many of us have encouraged our readers to write, call, and continue to send messages to Capital Hill to pass tougher laws to protect our children including the Jessica Lunsford Law.

This is a huge victory for our most vulnerable, our nation's innocent children, that depend on adults to protect them. Now, thanks to all involved, this tough new law, signed by our President will help protect our children from sex offenders. Hooray for the Children!!!

Chavez in Russia then off to Iran

Yesterday I posted about Venezuela's Hugo Chavez's plans to buy weapons from Russia and then off to visit his idol, Iranian's Prez. Well, Chavez is smiling right now with Putin over arms sales totaling 3 Billion dollars spite the U.S. officials hoping to influence Putin against this weapon sale involving the arms blockade.

MOSCOW (Reuters) - Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez may sign arms deals worth $3 billion when he meets Vladimir Putin on Thursday at the end of his visit to Russia.

Chavez, a vociferous critic of Washington, has praised Russia for defying a U.S. arms blockade and had been expected to spend $1 billion on fighter aircraft for oil-rich Venezuela.

"The biggest threat which exists in the world is the empire of the United States," Chavez said while unveiling a bust of 19th century South American liberation hero Simon Bolivar at a Moscow library.

"It is a senseless, blind, stupid giant which doesn't understand the world, doesn't understand human rights, doesn't understand anything about humanity, culture and consciousness."

On top of an expected deal to buy at least 24 Russian Sukhoi-30 jets to replace Venezuela's U.S. F-16s, Chavez will buy helicopters, surface-to-air missiles and possibly even a submarine, Vedomosti said, citing Russian defense sources.

The Vedomosti business daily, quoting Sergei Chemezov, head of Russian state arms trader Rosoboronexport, reported that Venezuela, the world's No.5 oil exporter, would sign deals worth $3 billion.

Washington has banned U.S. arms manufacturers from selling to Chavez. The United States says the populist leader, who proclaims socialist ideals to unite South America against U.S. influence, is destabilizing the region.

U.S. officials said they hoped to talk Russia out of the arms deals. Senior Kremlin officials say they see no reason to take advice from the United States.

We knew Al Qaeda would Emerge for the Camera

Been waiting for this any day now..... Ayman al Zawahiri shows his mug on Al-Jazeera!!
We discussed a couple weeks ago, that with such large egos of these terrorists groups, that surely we would hear from Al-Qaeda...well, they have reared their ugly heads again with lip service. Just recently I learned that Al-Qaeda(sunni) and Hezbollah (shites) actually hate one another, but this may be a turn of events for the purpose of spreading propaganda to kill Americans and Jews.

DUBAI (Reuters) - Al Qaeda's deputy leader Ayman al Zawahri warned his group would not stand by and watch Israel bombard Lebanon and the Palestinians, calling on Muslims in a video aired on Thursday to fight attacks on their countries.

Zawahri, in the tape aired by Al Jazeera television, did not say how al Qaeda would respond to the fighting.

"How can we remain silent while watching bombs raining on our people," he asked. "Oh Muslims everywhere, I call on you to fight and become martyrs in the war against the Zionists and the Crusaders," Zawahri said in the statement which was entitled "The Zionist-crusader war on Lebanon and the Palestinians".

But the peacekeepers apparently never received such an order, despite the fierce cross-border fighting that erupted in southern Lebanon two weeks ago.

Why were they there? To spy for or assist Hezbollah? Many unanswered questions....If they were observers for the border for many years, don't you think that the U.N. knew that Hezbollah was building up for an attack on Israel? Do you build underground tunnels and bunkers along the border without notice if observers were doing their job? Humm just so many questions....Not to mention moving in weapons...

Our Nation is Divided and that is Unfortunate

According to reports out of Israel that I have heard, the nation is united like 95% supporting their country and soldiers. Several nights now, I have truly given thought to Bill O’Reilly’s talking points about our nation being divided and the Global War on Terror.

On July 19th this is a quote from one of the talking points.

You have three camps in this country: The "Blow the Hell Out of Them" camp, the "It's All America's Fault" camp and the "I Don't Want to Hear About It" camp.

That to me pretty much sums it up on where people in America stand. Last night on 25th Bill O’Reilly put a reality to the bigger picture with Who's Winning World War III?

I'm very sorry to have to say it. But, just like Germany and Japan, were ahead in the early stages of World War II, the terrorists are winning in the early stages of World War III. That's because some people continue to deny such a war even exists.
It simply amazes me that Americans can get so worked up over John Kerry's Vietnam War posture, when the real issue is how the Senator and President Bush will deal with World War III. The economy's important but nothing compared to the danger that Islamic fascists pose to all of us.
Now some other pundits are in agreement with me. And how could you disagree? From Somalia to Indonesia to India to Sweden to Canada, Islamic fascists are on the attack. The violence in Israel is just another campaign in the worldwide jihad.
But here in the USA and around the world, we are not united against that jihad. The far-left media refuses to confront the truth, preferring to blame America for all the trouble. Just today, radical left New York Times columnist Bob Herbert blamed the current Middle East violence on President Bush.
Overseas, there is actual sympathy for the terrorists. In Belgium, demonstrators this weekend called for the "Israeli aggression to stop." In the United Kingdom, anti-Israel protests were held in 11 cities. The Muslim Association of Britain organized some of these demonstrations. In London thousands of pro-Hezbollah people gathered in Hyde Park. In France and in Iran, the picture was similar. Thousands of folks protesting against Israel.

Then back here at home.....

Back in the USA, most people are condemning the Hezbollah attacks and backing Israel, but certainly not all. The bottom line is that the world is not united against terrorism and because of that the terrorists are winning. The American left is united in opposing every anti-terror action the Bush administration has taken. And the media day after day pounds home, not the danger that Islamic fascism poses to us, but the danger the Bush administration poses. Again, no way terrorism can be defeated with that kind of division.
So like Hitler and Tojo, the terrorists have gotten off to a fast start in this World War. And unless the world wises up, the terror killers will achieve even more victories. Believe me, the Iranian leadership believes it's winning, as does Bin Laden.
The world is once again blind to real danger. And unless the world wises up, more mass murder is inevitable.

I know that this post is lengthy, but why do some not get it? These terrorists' goal is to kill us, no if or buts about it. They are here in the U.S. and throughout the world....sitting patiently to attack. In the near future I plan to write a post on what if we were having to run to a bomb shelter with sirens going off repeatedly? Do you not think that this could be a reality in the U.S.? Well, perhaps you should think again. If our power structure goes down by suitcase bombs or other methods of crippling our country, you had better be prepared....it may be closer than you may think. Watch a video of a be-heading if you do not believe how evil these terrorists are.

Just a note: I have been wondering why liberal trolls have been lurking on this site, Bill O'Reilly explained that with one of the previous talking points.

There are some Americans who see Israel as a villain, just as there are some who believe the USA has brought the War on Terror on itself. That kind of thinking is important to understand so it can be defeated in debate.
As we mentioned, the committed left-wing newspapers in America have been largely silent about the Hezbollah-Israeli conflict, largely for economic reasons. Many American Jews are liberal. Many of them love The New York Times, for example. The Times cannot afford to alienate its liberal base.

"Liberal Base".....that is the key words....they are being unusually silent on Bashing Bush so they are on the troll for anything they can attack with a little post here and there that exposes the left.

Check out how Hot Air points out CNN admitting to Airing Hezbollah Propaganda. CNN should be exposed just like the NY Times and walk the line with their viewers; neither one can afford to lose what few they have left.

Television Towers in Lebanon targeted by Israeli Jets

About Time! Last week I mentioned that they should knock out some of that terrorist propaganda being televised.

BEIRUT, Lebanon — Israeli warplanes hit TV transmission towers on Saturday in Lebanon, knocking the nation's leading private network off the air and cutting phone links to some regions.
Fighter-bombers fired missiles at transmission stations in the central and northern Lebanese mountains, leaving antennas burning on the ground.

Three missiles hit a transmission station at Fatqa in the Keserwan mountains, leaving antennas burning on the ground. Another airstrike crippled a transmission tower at Terbol in northern Lebanon, where relay stations for the Lebanese Broadcasting Corp., Future TV and Hezbollah's Al-Manar are located.

The three stations could no longer be seen in parts of the country although their satellite feed was unaffected. The Lebanese Broadcasting Corp. is the nation's leading private network. [read more]

Fish with Human like Teeth Wow

Texas Man catches this weird looking 20 pound fish. Reflecting back on my many years of fishing around the world, I've seen some unique and strange looking fish, but never one like this.

A fish caught in Lubbock, Texas, with teeth that look like they belong to a human has baffled wildlife officials in the area, according to a report.
Fisherman Scott Curry reeled in the 20-pound fish on Buffalo Springs Lake and immediately noticed the catch had human-like teeth.
A game warden photographed the fish and is attempting to identify it.
General Manager of Buffalo Springs Lake Greg Thornton told KLBK13-TV in Texas that he has never seen anything like the fish in the 36 years he has lived near the lake.
A search for what the fish may be suggested that it may be a pacu, which is found in South America.
Curry said he believes he saw another similar fish while on the lake.
A Texas television station reported that lake officials will give $100 to anyone catching a similar fish.

Rep. Mckinney Still in Hiding, It makes you Wonder

What is Cynthia hiding from or hiding? Has anyone looked in her freezer lately or office at the Capital? Rep. Cynthia McKinney was a no-show this week in the U.S. House, as WSB Washington Correspondent Jamie Dupree reports that the Georgia Democrat missed all four days of legislative business and every vote on the House floor as well.
McKinney's office offered no comment as to why the Congresswoman did not return to Washington after Tuesday's primary election, where she was forced into an August 8th runoff against Hank Johnson.
Also left unanswered Thursday night was whether McKinney would be back at the U.S. Capitol next week. The House has one more week of work before a scheduled August break.
McKinney missed 19 votes over four days on the House floor, including an attempted override of President Bush's veto of a bill dealing with embryonic stem cell research, a constitutional amendment that would ban same-sex marriage and a bill designed to prevent federal courts from ruling on the constitutionality of the words "under God" in the Pledge of Allegiance.
The Georgia Democrat has missed nearly 11 percent of the 393 recorded votes in the U.S. House so far in 2006.
According to the Congressional Record, McKinney did have official permission to miss votes on Monday and Tuesday of this week, what is known as a "Leave of Absence." There was no notice of any request being granted for Wednesday's session of the House.

Sounds like her job does not mean much to her, perhaps she is in training for more assalts to come.

A Hezbollah rocket slammed into a building Wednesday in the mainly Arab town of Nazareth, killing two children and wounding at least two other people, Israeli authorities said.

Smoke billowed from the damaged building and its roof appeared to be mostly destroyed, television video showed. Residents ran to the building and helped firefighters.

The two children were killed by a direct hit from a Katyusha rocket on the building, the army said.

Nazareth, in northern Israel, is revered as the hometown of Jesus and is filled with churches. It was not immediately clear if any holy sites were damaged.

The town is about 19 miles from the Lebanese border.

Previous attacks during the recent rocket barrage have hit the nearby Jewish town of Upper Nazareth, but the wave fired Wednesday was the first to hit a holy city.

ATLANTA - Democratic firebrand Rep. Cynthia McKinney was in high spirits Tuesday night, dancing and playing a tambourine as election results showed her with a tight lead over a former DeKalb County Commissioner with roots in the heart of her core constitency.
With 80 percent of the precincts reporting, McKinney was leading with 47 percent of the vote to lawyer Hank Johnson's 45 percent. One of the candidates will need to get more than 50 percent of the vote to avoid a runoff Aug. 8.
Tuesday's primary was the first time that McKinney faced voters since her scuffle with a Capitol Hill police officer in March.
At her campaign party, McKinney continued to flaunt her record of outspokenness on the Iraq war. She entered the auditorium with anti-war activist Cindy Sheehan and also was joined by Patricia Roberts, whose son, Jamaal Addison, was the first Georgia soldier killed in the war.
Some voters said she was an embarrassment and not representative of her suburban Atlanta district.
"I wanted to vote against Cynthia McKinney because I don't think she's a worthy representative. I just think she's a radical," said David Schmieder, a 61-year-old professor at Georgia Tech. "I would have voted anyway, but I would normally have voted in the Republican primary."
The Republican crossover vote was key in McKinney's defeat four years ago, when little-known political newcomer Denise Majette, who promised not to embarrass her constituents as Majette claimed McKinney had done for a decade. However, that was not expected to be as much of a factor in Tuesday's primary because of some high-profile statewide races on the GOP ballot. [read more]

BEIRUT, Lebanon - Dozens of Americans were flown out of Lebanon by helicopter on Tuesday while hundreds waited in frustration for a passenger ship to take them to Cyprus. Hundreds of Europeans were able to depart Lebanon by ship and plane.
The Orient Queen, a rented cruise ship that can carry 750 people, steamed toward Beirut escorted by an American warship.

The ship left Cyprus and was expected to arrive Tuesday afternoon. U.S. officials said they expected to fill the boat.

RAFAH, Gaza Strip — Egypt and Israel reopened the Rafah border crossing on Tuesday for the first time in three weeks, triggering a rush to the border by thousands of Palestinians who had been waiting in Egypt.

About 300 Palestinians entered the Gaza Strip in the first hour of the crossing's opening. Another 5,000 Palestinians were waiting on the Egyptian side to go back to Gaza.


The crossing would be open for only one day, Palestinian official Hany Jabour told The Associated Press at the crossing. He said Israel had imposed the time limit on the opening.

Killer of Two of our U.S. Soldiers Fatally Wounded

Via Fox News: Suspect in Slaying of U.S. Soldiers Killed in Iraq

BAGHDAD, Iraq — A Jordanian who killed two U.S. soldiers last month was fatally wounded in a clash with security forces, a senior Iraqi official said Tuesday.
Diyar Ismail Mahmoud, known as Abu al-Afghani, was identified as the killer of the two soldiers, National Security Adviser Mouwafak al-Rubaie told reporters. The two soldiers' mutilated bodies were found after they were captured in a clash near Youssifiyah, southwest of Baghdad.
A third American was killed in the clash.


Al-Rubaie did not say when Mahmoud was wounded or died.

The bodies of two soldiers from the 2nd Brigade, 101st Airborne Division were found on June 19 not far from a checkpoint on the Euphrates river south of Baghdad where they were abducted.

The discovery of Pfc. Kristian Menchaca of Houston and Pfc. Thomas Tucker of Madras, Ore. — both of whom were badly mutilated and at least one beheaded — came after exhaustive searches with thousands of soldiers fanning out in an area south of Baghdad known as the "Triangle of Death" because of frequent attacks.

A third soldier, David J. Babineau, 25, of Springfield, Mass., was found dead at the checkpoint where the soldiers were killed two days before. [read more]

Homeland Security agents took to Ohio streets the past week, arresting 154 undocumented immigrants. (you mean ILLEGALS?-my comment)

The agents from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement offices in Boston, Philadelphia, Buffalo and Detroit came heavily armed and loaded with files and warrants for deportation.
They took in immigrants from 30 countries and every continent save Antarctica. Among those arrested, 82 were from Mexico, followed by 19 from El Salvador and seven from Mauritania.

The men and women had been caught entering the country illegally and were ordered to court but never showed or had been ordered deported but never left, authorities said. Twenty had been charged with crimes. One was a reputed member of the Mexican street gang MS13.
No recent event spurred the sweep, government officials said.

"Sept. 11 showed us that, to have security, we have to have an immigration system with integrity," said Marc A. Raimondi, national spokesman for Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Most of the Sept. 11 terrorists had taken advantage of lax enforcement, he said.

President Bush, not realizing his remarks were being picked up by a microphone at a summit of world leaders, bluntly expressed his frustration with Hezbollah's actions.

"See, the irony is what they really need to do is to get Syria to get Hezbollah to stop doing this (expletive)," Bush told Blair in a discussion before the Group of Eight leaders began their lunch.

Bush's remarks were picked up by the summit's closed-circuit television, which was filming the leaders sitting down to eat. Normally, the images are transmitted with sound that does not allow reporters to pick out individual comments.sound. But in this case a microphone picked up Bush's comments to Blair.

Blair, whose remarks were not as clearly heard, appeared to be pressing Bush about the importance of getting international peacekeepers into the region.

The crew awakened just after midnight to get ready for a scheduled 9:14 a.m. EDT touchdown at Kennedy Space Center, from which they launched on July 4.
"Looking forward to a good day here and hopefully with good weather we will be on the ground here in about eight, 10 hours," flight commander Steve Lindsey radioed to Mission Control at Johnson Space Center in Houston.

Breaking: Via Fox News: Tsunami Hits Western Shore of Indonesia's Java Island
JAKARTA, Indonesia — A powerful earthquake sent a two-meter high tsunami crashing into a beach resort on Indonesia's Java island Monday, killing at least three people and causing extensive damage to hotels and houses, a witness and a government official said.
People fled to a local hill to escape the wave on Pangandaran beach in west Java, a woman who identified herself only as Teti told el-Shinta radio station.

Since this powerful earthquake happened setting off a tsunami with six foot waves, there are reports of a 6.1 aftershock.

Another excerpt: All the houses are destroyed along the beach," she said, adding that at least three people were killed and four others missing.
The tsunami followed a 7.2-magnitude quake that struck deep beneath the Indian Ocean 150 miles southwest of Java's western coast at 3:24 p.m., causing tall buildings to sway as far off as the capital Jakarta.
It was followed by a 6.1-magnitude aftershock two hours later.

BEIRUT, Lebanon (AP) - Hezbollah and Israel traded fierce barrages for a sixth day Monday, as the latest eruption of warfare in the Middle East showed no sign of easing. Rockets struck deep inside Israel, killing eight people in Haifa, and Israeli planes bombed Lebanon from north to south.
The toll on both sides rose to more than 200. In addition to the Israeli victims at a rail repair facility in the Haifa attack on Sunday, an Israeli rocket blew up a Lebanese army position, killing eight soldiers, and a sea-launched missile killed at least nine people in the southern Lebanese port of Tyre.
Israel warned of massive retaliation after the Haifa attack, and accused Iran and Syria of providing the weaponry used in it. Israeli military officials said four of the missiles were the Iranian-made Fajr-3, with a 22-mile range and 200-pound payload, and far more advanced than the Katyusha rockets the guerrillas rained on northern Israel in previous attacks. All Out War - The World Showdown

After three Israeli soldiers were taken hostage intentionally, we are now seeing All Out War!! We know now that Iran is stepping up and taking credit for provoking Israel to defend themselves. After months of threats, definance, and continuing nuclear programs to enrich uranium, Iran is now sitting on his evil throne calling the shots and supplying terrorists with more advanced weapons and money. Yesterday it was openly reported that both Syria and Iran are behind Hamas and Hezbollah. I personally believe this was planned with complete precision for setting up Israel and with the timing around the G-8 Summit in Russia.

Supporting and Praying for Israel
Starting on Sunday, June 25, Israeli soldier, Cpl Gilah Shalit, 19, was taken captive by the terrorist group Hamas. Israel moved in on Gaza on June 27th. Then on June 28th, Israeli warplanes flew over the home of Syrian President Bashar Assad to apply pressure for the release of their soldier. Israel's Intel knew Syria had sheltered two Hamas leaders. Then shortly following, two more Israeli soldiers were taken hostage from within Israel on the Lebanon border by Hezbollah.

During our long holiday weekend, N.Korea, after threats of missile launches, Kim Jong Il carried out his intentions by firing 6 missiles on July 4th and then one more missile on the 5th, seven total. At this time, N.Korea still has missiles sitting on the pads fueled and ready. During this same period of time, Al-Qaeda raises their evil heads with audio and video tapes back to back released with more threats. London mourns on their one year anniversary of their 7-7-05 terror attack and we are reminded of the Axis of Evil. Two days later, 7/11 India is blasted with explosions.

On the same day that Iran has a deadline of July 12, two of the three Israeli soldiers now being held hostage occurred. July 7th Iran's President made many threatening statements, for one "Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad warned on Friday that continued Israeli strikes against Palestinians in the Gaza Strip could lead to an "explosion" in the Islamic world that would target Israel and its supporters in the West." via jpost.

Pres Bush Has Arrived in Russia Terror-itory

President Bush flew into St. Petersburg, Russia a day earlier for the G-8 Summit.

I have been saying for months that Iran was stalling and diverting attention away from their nuclear program. Iran has succeeded with Hezbollah kidnapping Israeli soldiers. Therefore at the summit, I am sure Israel will dominate discussions with Iran taking less of the attention. Russian's President Putin is not a friend either to Israel.

Breaking Now: Israel Says Hezbollah Trying to Send Kidnapped Soldiers to Iran
Was Iran behind this from the beginning of the first Israeli soldier kidnapped? Scroll down UPDATES for the Latest happening with Israel.

Hezbollah guerrillas, who are backed by Iran, seized the soldiers Wednesday in a cross-border raid. Israel has since attacked Lebanon by air and sea and has sent in troops to look for the captured soldiers.
Israel's foreign ministry said Thursday that Lebanese guerillas holding the two soldiers captive are trying to transfer them to Iran. Foreign Ministry spokesman Mark Regev did not disclose the source of his information. Excerpt via Fox News.

Police said three people were killed and dozens wounded in the airstrikes, raising the death toll to 60 on the third day of Israel's offensive against the Iranian-backed militants.

Rights Group Criticizes Russia for Silencing Critics, Urges Other G8 Members to Pressure Putin

The U.S.-based advocacy group Human Rights Watch called on Russia Thursday to stop trying to silence critics, and urged the other members of the Group of Eight leading nations to press President Vladimir Putin to better respect human rights, AP reports.

“Russia’s attempts to stifle an independent gathering speak louder than the lip service it pays to democracy,” said Holly Cartner, Europe and Central Asia director for Human Rights Watch.

Cartner was referring to an opposition protest in Moscow last week, saying authorities had prevented dozens of would-be participants from reaching it. The G8 summit, which opens Saturday in St. Petersburg, is also expected to attract demonstrators.

Other G8 leaders should “remind President Putin of his obligations to promote democratic freedoms, not interfere with them,” said Cartner.

Bush Will Respectfully Press Putin on Democracy via Moscow News. U.S. President George W. Bush on Thursday said he would press Russian President Vladimir Putin privately on democracy and the need for non-governmental groups to be able to operate without intimidation, the Reuters news agency reports.

“I’ll be firm about my belief in certain democratic institutions. I’ll be firm in my belief about the need for there to be an active civil society,” Bush said at a joint press conference with German Chancellor Angela Merkel.

UN Sanctions Against Iran Will Not Affect Russian Military Cooperation With Tehran — Official via Moscow News.

Possible UN sanctions against Iran will not affect Russian-Iranian military cooperation, Russia’s foreign minister said Thursday, RIA Novosti news agency reports.

Sergei Lavrov said military and technical cooperation between Russia and Iran “is conducted fully in accordance with international norms.”

At the end of 2005, Russia signed a $700-million contract on supplies of 29 Tor-M1 air defense systems to Iran.

The Tor-M1 is a fifth-generation integrated mobile air defense system designed for operation at medium, low and very low altitudes against fixed/rotary wing aircraft, UAVs (unmanned aerial vehicle), guided missiles and other high-precision weapons. Despite strong criticism from the United States, Russia has maintained that the systems could be used only to protect Iranian air space.

ROSTOCK, Germany -- President Bush blamed Syria and Iran for new Middle East violence Wednesday, faced further defiance from Iran and North Korea and got an acerbic retort from Russian President Vladimir Putin to U.S. criticism.

Stralsund's residents were forced to move their cars out of the Stralsund's historic center, and everything from bicycles to flower pots was ordered brought inside. Anti-Bush demonstrations were planned well away from the areas that he will tour.

As Bush left Washington, tensions with Iran and North Korea grew higher and there was a sharp escalation of problems in the Middle East. Israel launched a military offensive in southern Lebanon with warplanes, tanks and gunboats after Hezbollah militants captured two Israeli soldiers in a cross-border raid.

White House press secretary Tony Snow, in a statement issued as Air Force One flew here, said: "We also hold Syria and Iran, which have provided long-standing support for Hezbollah, responsible for today's violence. Former KGB Russian Pres Putin a Terrorist?

I call on my Christian friends to pray for our President while at the G8 Summit in Russia Thursday. Throughout my research for months now, I feel President VLadimir Putin is or may be a terrorist and perhaps a larger threat than Iran, N.Korea and/or UBL. A little background below and other links on this subject...
Is Vladimir Putin reverting back to his roots as a KGB leader and communist? Putin is showing two personalities, but has a real motive behind his masquerade. Is he sharing nuclear weapons and/or secrets with our enemies including Al-Qaeda? Below you will read a quote from our VP Cheney about the change in attitude with Russia.

1) Russia refuses to vote to sanction Iran and North Korea. In January according to Moscow News, they report on several articles, one it is not profitable for Russia to impose sanctions on Iran and this may be the case with North Korea also. Iran and Russia have very close ties and common goals. At the beginning of the year, Russia sold Iran nearly $1 billion dollars worth of weapons and offered to allow Iran to enrich at Russia’s power plants which later Iran rejected and wanted to do that in their own country. (I feel it was part of the chess game for stalling for more time) Another added huge interest between the two is the Caspian Sea, the benefits of this area can be gained by either side. Syria plays an additional role in all this, both Russia and Syria have more advanced weapons to offer to Iran. Back to Syria, they are smack in the middle of this war supporting Hamas along with Iran supplying Hamas against Israel.

In Feb 2006, Iran's President visiting Hamas leader on Feb 20, 2006 jpost reports: [Another Hamas PLC member from Gaza, Dr. Atef Adwan, told The Post that accepting Iranian money would make "Hamas a tool of [Iran's] policy and this is not good for Hamas and not good for the region." ] from previous post.

Russia is connected to Iran, Syria, Hamas, North Korea, and the list continues....most especially Islamic countries. Putin was in the KGB during the Cold War during the time Khan and other Russian scientists designed nuclear weapons. Read more about how Putin is reverting back to communism.

Based on the Confessions by the Father of Pakistan’s Atomic Bomb, that would be the Abdul Qadeer Khan, (picture in link) in case you are not familiar with this man along with other Russian scientists that made nuclear weapons during the Cold War. After the fall of the USSR, these scientists went to help Iran achieve its dreams of developing nuclear weapons. Keep in mind Russia's Putin was in leadership during this period of time that Mr. Khan was in the Soviet Union.

Just a thought....Is Russia reverting back to a communist country such as the former USSR and has China sold its soul to the enemies of the West? President Vladimir Putin is not our friend..... just look at his past from the KGB to what control he has now and his goals for the future. As my bible refers to....Russia is the bear, the north....actually Moscow is due north of... Jerusalem which is the center of our universe. An article of interest KGB Back at Power .....Don't forget the confessions by Abdul Qadeer Khan - "Father of Pakistan's Atomic Bomb", who worked for the USSR. In Jan 2006 Russia and Iran met and according to Albawaba Middle East News a quote "The focal point of our talks in Moscow will not be restricted to nuclear issues and we will hold talks on all fields," said Larijani.

Excerpt from my previous post: I could really go off on Russia, they have suspicious ties to sabotaging last winter by cutting heating power off by explosions of pipelines to neighboring Georgia and Armenia. The fingerprints of Russia was all over this. Add in the corrupt voting, which later was overturned along with the poisoning of Ukraine’s P.M. Viktor Yanukovich, accusations where made that Russia was behind all this. Don’t forget the when our President visited Georgia (west-leaning country) and not far from the stage a grenade did not go off. Russia’s Pres. Putin is seeking a new law to allow him to serve a third term and for almost year Putin has silenced and censored the press in Russia.

I have always felt (firmly in my heart) that Putin was a suspect of being involved or behind the terrorist acts by the recent dead Chechen war lord Shamil Basayev and Moscow Theater being held hostage.

Besides, the opposition has almost no presence in parliament, while activist groups which could help Mr Kasparov put his message out have been subjected to strict controls.
Then there is Mr Putin's popularity. Polls suggest that he enjoys a 70 per cent approval rating. That could be because so few Russians are allowed to hear any criticism of him but also because the economy, aided by high oil prices, is thriving.

The Russian authorities have been instructed to banish the poor - and the rain - from St Petersburg ahead of this weekend's G8 summit.

Should the horizon darken, the Russian air force will be on stand by to "seed the clouds", pumping ions into the air that supposedly will ensure the rain falls anywhere but on the Konstantinovsky Palace, where leaders of the Group of Eight industrialised nations will stay.

Security forces in President Vladimir Putin's home city have resorted to the type of repression that has given fuel to critics who argue that Russia does not deserve to belong to a club that supposedly espouses democratic values.

Terrified that opposition activists could use the summit to air grievances, police and the Federal Security Service, the spy agency that replaced the KGB, have allegedly resorted to heavy-handed tactics to persuade potential demonstrators to leave the city.

Last week, they came for Andrei Dmitryev, the local leader of the radical National Bolshevik Party, with instructions to leave the city and a demand that he sign a form promising that his followers would not protest in public.
When he refused to sign, he said, the officers threatened him with rape. "Two big men entered the room and when I again refused to sign the paper they forced me onto the table and started to take down my trousers," he said. "I signed the paper." He was put on a train to Moscow but has since sneaked back to St Petersburg. [read more]

Russia has the world's largest energy reserves and the soaring price of oil is strengthening its dominant position in this critical sphere still further. Europe gets a third of its gas from Russia, and that proportion will rise over the coming years. In other words, Europe is growing increasingly dependent on Russia for its very survival and prodding the bear seems a foolhardy course.
Yet it is hardly a comfortable position to be in, especially because the Kremlin seems so willing to use trade to secure its political ambitions. Former Soviet satellites who have flirted with the West have already felt Moscow's wrath. In January, Russia turned off gas supplies to Ukraine, in what was at least partly retribution for the country's 2004 Orange Revolution.

Jerusalem Post reports: IDF ground troops searching for the two inside Lebanon
The Defense Ministry confirmed early Wednesday afternoon that two IDF soldiers had been kidnapped by Hizbullah. IDF ground troops had been sent into Lebanon to search for the two. IAF jets, helicopters and UAVs were also flying above Lebanon searching for the soldiers. Simultaneously, Navy gunboats were shelling Hizbullah targets in Lebanon.

The IDF released the names of the two soldiers on Thursday. According to the IDF Spokesperson, the two reserve are Ehud Goldwasser, 31, from Nahariya, and Eldad Regev, 26, from Kiryat Motzkin.

Syndicated columnist Robert D. Novak acknowledged for the first time yesterday that he identified three confidential administration sources during testimony in the CIA leak investigation, saying he did so because they had granted him legal waivers to testify and because Special Counsel Patrick J. Fitzgerald already knew of their role.

In a column to be published today, Novak said he told Fitzgerald in early 2004 that White House senior adviser Karl Rove and then-CIA spokesman Bill Harlow had confirmed for him, at his request, information about CIA operative Valerie Plame. Novak said he also told Fitzgerald about another senior administration official who originally provided him with the information about Plame, and whose identity he says he cannot reveal even now.

"I'm still constrained as a reporter," Novak said in an interview. "It was not on the record, and he has never revealed himself as being the source, and until he does I don't feel I should." [read more]

During this time of unrest in the world, we have new released tapes almost on a weekly basis now from Al-Qaeda, it is strange in some ways that makes you wonder if all this has to do with numbers and secret messages. Do you remember how it has been revealed where certain attacks where based on dates with numbers, days between attacks, and now with each tape it makes you give thought... if that holds meaning.

I totally believe there are numbers involved in these planned attacks.

If this does not convince idiots here at home, how dangerous and evil these terrorists are nothing will. Apparently this gruesome tape is so horrifying that anyone with an ounce of feeling can not watch it without being totally disturbed and probably will affect them from now on. How can people be this evil and commit such satanic and barbaric acts, and then in addition video it?

My heart breaks at the thought of what our brave soldiers endured, much less the actual evil imposed on them by the devils out of hell. Lord Knows, I pray for their families, friends and our soldiers that are putting their life on the line every day to protect us from these satanic, no conscience, determined Islamic murderers that have no respect for human life. Don't think for second, that they will not come to our soil to do the same to us if they have half the chance.

The AFP reporting: Satellite photos detect activity at NKorea missile bases: report

TOKYO (AFP) - North Korea could be preparing for new launches of mid-range missiles following last week's tests, with activity detected at its bases, a report has said citing Japanese government sources.
US and Japanese satellite photos show that mid-range Rodong missiles had been set up on launch pads at a base in southeastern North Korea, but were later removed, the Yomiuri Shimbun newspaper reported.
Fuel tanks could be seen near the launch pads, the report said.

This madman is really pushing it, I just wish someone would knock Kim Jong Il off his baby highchair.

The report said the satellite photos were taken after last week's tests of seven missiles, but did not give a specific date.
"We think North Korea can launch missiles whenever it wishes," the top-selling daily quoted a government source as saying.
Japanese Foreign Minister Taro Aso on Sunday suggested Tokyo would have the right to launch a pre-emptive strike to protect its citizens from a missile launch by Pyongyang.
He said there were "visible signs" of activity at a North Korean missile base from which North Korea launched a Rodong missile last week.
Japan submitted a draft binding resolution in the United Nations Security Council that would impose sanctions on North Korea over the missile tests.
But on Monday, the Security Council put off a vote on the resolution to allow more time for Chinese diplomatic efforts to defuse the crisis.

Based on the Confessions by the Father of Pakistan’s Atomic Bomb, that would be the Abdul Qadeer Khan, in case you are not familiar with this man along with other Russian scientists that made nuclear weapons during the Cold War. After the fall of the USSR, these scientists went to help Iran achieve its dreams of developing nuclear weapons. The U.S. Intel Comm has been informed that Iran’s capabilities with a nuclear weapon can reach Jerusalem, N.Y. City, and London and with N. Korea, we now know they can develop missiles to reach the U.S as far Chicago. So if you are on the east or west coast and if suitcase nuclear bombs are used, America’s soil is not safe from being attacked anywhere within our borders.

NYC BLDGs Collapse - Breaking Now

Evacuations are underway after three New York City building collapsed. Breaking now and live on Fox News.

The White House says that it is NOT TERROR RELATED. It appears to be a gas explosion that caused the fires. So far several are injured and firefighters are working hard to get the situation under control.

Via Fox News: NEW YORK — A three-story building housing a doctor's office just off Madison Avenue collapsed and burned Monday after what witnesses said was a thunderous explosion that rocked the neighborhood.

The cause was not immediately known, though White House press secretary Tony Snow said there was no indication of terrorism.

At least two people were under evaluation at a hospital after the collapse. It wasn't immediately clear if anyone was still trapped inside the building, on 62nd street between Madison and Park Avenues on Manhattan's East Side.[read more]

UPDATE: It appears that this explosion was caused by an apparent suicide attempt by Dr. Nicholas Bartha.
Don't tell me, that 7 wanna-bee terrorists, as some call them, from Miami could not have blown up a building or more if they were not stopped.

Assorted Headlines Open Track

Due to me fizzling out near the end of this week, on this open track post I will try to catch up with few events that happened this week. If time permits, I would appreciate you reading a post I wrote Friday that consisted of my past and present research on the Connections between the Axis of Evil.

In Chicago, yesterday President Bush sounded determined to rally world support for confronting N.Korea that would be "loud and clear." While appearing at a rare out-of-town news conference, Pres. Bush expressed the importance of bringing this issue of N.Korea testing missiles to the U.N. Security Council and spoke on other issues including Chicago's vibrant economy, the war on terrorism and the war in Iraq. More on this story at Breitbart. Good news was also mentioned during the conference, Bush praised the economy, following a government report showing unemployment holding steady at 4.6 percent in June. Bush said, "Productivity is high, people are better off, people are working."


Oh, and Cindy Sheehan truly when off the edge this week in Washington, D.C. Wonder how the hunger strike is going....I bet she snuck in a hotdog during the 4th. The last week of June, I wrote a piece on her and stated I am out of disgusting words to describe her. Her latest hate speech involved attacking our soldiers. She has gone way too far this time. I still think she may be converting to Islam, if only she would move to one of those countries along with the Dixie Chicks. Blue Star Chonicles has more on Cindy Shenanigans.

Oh yeah, what is up with the MSM and "mums the the word" on Senator Joe Biden's (D) from Delaware's racial remark? Finally, since we are not living in the dark ages anymore and we do not have to count on bias liberal network news for reporting, Biden has come out with a statement with a little force behind it, after some criticism.

Personal Info about Kim Jong Il N.Korea's leader

This mad man is not dealing with a full deck. Kim Jong-Il in on the list as one of the most dangerous men in the world. Aside from the fact, he is an evil and ruthless dictator, he allows his people to be starved, tortured, and killed. This lunatic has been caught counterfeiting U.S. dollars and is involved in trafficking narcotics, methamphetamine, heroin, fake Viagra, and last but not least, which is totally chilling, he sales ballistic missiles.
Kim Jong Il has been a terrorist dating back in the 1980's.

Last week, it was mentioned that he is also into sex porn and young girls as young as 13 years old. He watches CNN, movies, and has internet access. I know someone from there has visited my site several times; just view the world map counter on my sidebar. (place your mouse over any flag and it will show the location) Actually the other day, when I was burning up the keyboard on the fourth, both N.Korea and Japan visited.

As many of you know, I don't watch CNN, but last weekend during the long holiday, CNN featured an hour segment on N. Korea. There were a few uncover individuals putting their life on the line to video tape inside the country and cross the river by bribing the border military guards. They travel back and forth with each time taking a huge risk of being caught. One of the tapes showed people dead just lying in the streets and people walking around them. One of the brave reporters was able to get close enough in to see firing squads killing people and it has been reported that 200,000+ people are in political prison camps out of the 22 million people that live there.

Connections between the “Axis of Evil”

As we know, North Korea is in the spotlight with more missiles sitting on their launch pads fueled and ready to be fired; up to 3 or 4 and Lord knows how many more. Russia and China are uncooperative in being in concert with the international countries wanting to resolve this problem sternly. We found out last night, at least one missile was aimed at Hawaii. Then the exposed - corrupt U.N. talks, discussions whatever you wish to call them are going no where.

At this same time, Israel is doing what is right and not negotiating with terrorists as they move forward to have their young kidnapped soldier released. Meanwhile Iran, is refusing the deadline set and being unusually idle and mute other than his normal recruiting of new allies, at an astonishing rate. * UPDATE* jpost reporting:

Iran and Russia have very close ties and common goals. At the beginning of the year, Russia sold Iran nearly $1 billion dollars worth of weapons and offered to allow Iran to enrich at Russia’s power plants which later Iran rejected and wanted to do that in their own country. Another added huge interest between the two is the Caspian Sea, the benefits of this area can be gained by either side. Syria plays an additional role in all this, both Russia and Syria have more advanced weapons to offer to Iran. Back to Syria, they are smack in the middle of this war supporting Hamas along with Iran supplying Hamas against Israel. I could really go off on Russia, they have suspicious ties to sabotaging last winter by cutting heating power off by explosions of pipelines to neighboring Georgia and Armenia. The fingerprints of Russia was all over this. Add in the corrupt voting, which later was overturned along with the poisoning of Ukraine’s P.M. Viktor Yanukovich, accusations where made that Russia was behind all this. Don’t forget the when our President visited Georgia (west-leaning country) and not far from the stage a grenade did not go off. Russia’s Pres. Putin is seeking a new law to allow him to serve a third term and for almost year Putin has silenced and censored the press in Russia.

China has similar interests, because it buys oil from Iran. Just recently China signed a deal with Cuba to drill off their shores for oil (a few miles from our country) and we know that the dictator Castro is buddies with Iran and all the other axis of evil. Let us add in Venezuela and Bolovia....Iran's allies are adding up closer and closer to home.

In the fall of 2004, former prime minister of Israel Benjamin Netanyahu (Israel's 9th Prime Minister, 1996-1999) candidly admitted during his administration that the U.S. Intel committee had been informed on Iran’s medium and long-range nuclear missiles that would be capable of hitting London, New York City, and Jerusalem. WASHINGTON — FBI agents disrupted a terrorist plot to attack New York City's transportation system after monitoring Internet chat rooms used by foreign extremists, law enforcement officials said Friday.

Happy Birthday President Bush

I loved today at the News Conference with President Bush and Canada's PM Harper and when it ended with others joining them on stage with the same birthday. I always get a little teary eyed with happiness seeing so many others with such joy, it really was a great moment.

Oh, an idea, perhaps we can send Kim Jong Il's buddy, Clinton's former Sec of State, Madeleine Albright over there to kiss up to him and then everything should be alright. Albright stated Il watches CNN and has email access, in that case he knows the libs are his friends along with the N.Y. Times. Wonder if the N.Y. Excerpt: South Korean media reported Thursday that North Korea has three or four more missiles on launch pads and ready for firing. The missiles are either short- or medium-range, reported Chosun Ilbo, one of South Korea's largest newspapers. It cited an unidentified senior South Korean official.
Another major newspaper, JoongAng Ilbo, carried a similar report.
The North has also barred people from sailing into some areas off the coast until July 11 in a possible sign of preparations for additional launches, Chosun Ilbo said.

Don't count on China or Russia.....or Iran for that matter, they are all in this nuclear weapon deals together. Russia is actually leading the pack.....Add up oil, weapons sales and sharing, terrorism, bombs, etc. it equals one goal killing Americans and Jews.

N. Korea Launches Missile Into Sea of Japan

North Korea test launched a missile early Wednesday morning that landed in the Sea of Japan, Japanese media reported.
North Korea launched the missile at 0332 Japan Time and it crashed into the Sea of Japan several minutes later, public broadcaster NHK reported.
NHK said Japanese government officials were trying to determine whether the missile was a long-range ballistic missile that had been readied for launch recently, or whether it was a different missile.
North Korea had been believed to be preparing a test launch of its Taepodong 2 missile, which is believed able to reach parts of the United States.
Officials were not immediately available to confirm the report.

Fox News, Bret Baier at the White House is reporting that N.Korea may have tried to fired the long range missile but it failed 35 or 40 sec. after launch; so far mid-range missiles fired.

Questioning The Launch of NASA Discovery

It seems with each day that goes by new problems are discovered. I posted on my previous memories of two disasterous missions, and of course I am praying for the best, but at this point I wonder if this is a good idea to liftoff today or in the future. It reported the millions too, that each day that it is delayed of what it cost, but most importantly the lives of our brave astronauts. Despite more problems this morning, they are planning for launching at 2:38 p.m. (est) today on our 4th of July.

AP News: NASA Gives Green Light for Shuttle Launch
CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. (AP) - NASA officials decided a crack in Discovery's fuel tank insulating foam wasn't enough of a threat to stop the countdown Tuesday to their first Independence Day shuttle launch. The launch is set for 2:38 p.m. EDT.

Inspectors spotted the crack Monday. A 3-inch piece of foam also popped out of the area, which covers an expandable bracket holding a liquid oxygen feed line against the huge external fuel tank.
